Looks like a great place, but trying to cram 18 guests into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house isn't a good idea. Attracts partiers and house trashers. Plus their living room and dining room seating doesn't accommodate anywhere near that number of people, and pribably their plumbing doesn't either. (Many new hosts make the mistake of listing for too many guests and usually end up reducing the guest count)
