What is Anapromex? Can I use it to register a car?
Hi there,
I am looking at several cars that have either USA or Mexican Plates.
I have heard of Anapromex, can I use this service to register a newly purchased used car in Baja?
I am from Canada, on a tourist visa
Please share your knowledge of Anapromex, is it a scam?

as I understand, the affiliation Anapromex is a group that files legal motions (Amparo) to stay persecution of transit circulation within a geographic
region. Like a civic plate. It is only recognized periodically and within specific region. Every once in a while there will be a police revision and
they will attempt to take all the Anapromex vehicles and then later under an order they will be let go. Anapromex usually means it a US plated car
that is out of date or lost title etc. SO potentially you could register from the original country such as USA in Ca or South Dakota as well. You may
not legally enter a Federal zone such as Port of Entry since the plate is not recognized there. Most people prefer not to use Anapromex and those cars
are lower valued since it means a headache with mo plates and transit north to south and vice versa.

its a political organization to protest importation rules for Mexicans
foreigners can not be involved in politics
you also have to be in the "importation process" to legally use ANAPROMEX plates and drivers license

It is an organization that processes autos for importation. Title is mandatory (not lost). They are recognized by the State but not the Federal
government. The "process" of importation may take forever.

do the right thing, be a part of your community and buy a car here and have it plated where you live. try and not be one of them and look for a way to
cheat the system. It really does not cost that much and you might even feel good about it, which is what matters. seriously as it appears you will be
spending time here. If you need help with the registration u2u me and I can send you in the right direction...about 10 min away and a killer food
place next door
