These days it is quite different. No vehicles are allowed on the Malecon. And almost all the restaurants have closed. To access the ones that are open one has to park in undesirable places on the back street.

The beaches are closed.

Was kind of nice with no vehicles. Beaches were crowded at Kikis. Ate at Rositas before I left Sunday morning. You can see your car from the table.

All the beaches from Percebu to just outside San Felipe were full on Saturday.
