Chilaquiles for peace

I wasn't sure if I should post this under Baja Recipes or Baja Political. I found it clever enough to post here.

My breakfast of choice in Baja! It feels good knowing that I will be eating for peace.

Do you recall where that restaurant was located?

AKgringo,
A meme that was posted on Facebook. No idea of the location, but we can imagine it to be in our peaceful place in Baja...

Peace through chilaquiles
Why didn't we realize this years ago?

My absolute favorite morning dish
And, I have never had it taste the same twice!!

My wife makes it once a week
Every time it is different

Guess the key to peace is spending more time trying to figure out the variations, and not remembering to make war

A chilaquile mistake

I was inspried to whip up a plate full yesterday. I had chips, fresh eggs, green enchilada sauce and cheese, but unfortunately it was Swiss cheese!

It just wasn't right, both the taste, and texture when melted were wrong. :(
