We LOVED that menu and wished we had taken a photo. We quickly figured out young donkeys, but the other took a little time.
It is ala plancha. Ala for wing and plancha for iron. Computers do a great translation job! But the menu was fun to read.

This should be an ongoing thread for sure! Driving Baja will never be the same for me. It will take me twice as long to get where I am going.
