Ventana al Mar, Baja Norte?

OK, what's going on here? An $800 million dollar development south of Bajamar at K89 on the coastal toll road to Ensenada? (Wish I could put in the upside down question mark for empahsis.)

Why would anyone buy an expensive house in the "zona de Falas?" Even the illustration shows the houses nearest the water just waiting for a small temblor to carry them to sea level.

Ur uhmm, thanks *wornout*, the setting sun messes up my ability to see what I am posting.

The development claims that they are building at K89 on the pay road to Ensenada.

I may have misread their web site addres while going by the bulletin board on the highway, but I believe the name of the development is *Ventana al Mar*, if you do a search, you will find a link.

OK, here is a link I copied: http://www.ventanaalmar.com/

Please keep in mind, I know nothing about this development or the people behind it, I'm looking for information.

When you read the website, it is very pretty, but remarkably lacking in detail.

Gypsy Jan,

The whole coastline is being bought up in a frenzy. Soon there will be very few spots (on both sides of the toll road) withour some sort of development. I was at the tourism office in Tijuana a couple weeks ago and went by the development office next to it. They had three different site plans drawn up from different companies who will build in that area.
Progress I guess, greed for some..... who knows.

Spanish characters

Simple way is to turn on Num Lk and use ALT and type 168. ???. You must use the number keypad, not the numbers above the keyboard. Other symbols' number code (Num Lk on, ALT and these numbers typed on the number keypad).

ALT + 160 = ?, ALT + 161=?, ALT+162=?, ALT+163=?, ALT+164=?, ALT+165=?, ALT+168=?, ALT+173=?, ALT+130=?, ALT+167=?. These last two are the exclamation mark and degree.

There is a whole other world of symbols using ALT and numbers with the number lock on, especially math and geometry symbols. Try it, it works!?!?!?!

Many, many thanks to Steve and Jack for the info about how to post correct Spanish pronunciation.

(Secondary thought, should this thread be reposted to the language board?)
