PITAYAS!!!!

Man o man, I am looking forward to pitaya season (Fall) in Baja! Here is a photo of Antonio ('BajaCactus' on Nomad, owner of El Rosario's Pemex and the Baja Cactus motel) with a peeled pitaya from a vendor along Hwy. 1 in San Quintin. The fruit was picked near La Paz. They were sure good... like a cherry popcycle:biggrin:!
