Says 90 F for Sta. Rosalia. Is it the same in Mulege?

I was told a while back that Mulege has a"tunnel breeze" that ushers cooler ocean air up the Mulege valley. Is that a constant? Is there like a ten degree difference between Coyote and Mulege?

83.5 right now but the humidly is coming up . right now it stays a little cooler in town than in the bay but soon that will change and it will be about the same. in the winter it is wormer in the bay .
