Hmmm... Well, there is a Bahia Santa Marina in the Baja Almanac (note the 'n') at the south end of Mag Bay. Puerto Chale and Puerto Datil are on the
shore... Isla Creciente is the barrier island that seperates it from the Pacific...

has anyone fiqured out when these sat/maps were created? are they a year/month/week old?
it's great living in my own little world.....everyone knows me here!!!
for a pessimist i'm pretty optimistic  ....

If you scroll down to the bottom of the "Layers" in GoogleEarth, you find 4 layers DG Coverage 2005, DG Coverage 2004, DG Coverage 2003 and DG
Coverage 2002. If you turn these on one at a time, you can see when they got pictures of various areas - These are the Digital Globe images. - Go to
your place and then turn these layers on and see if DG made these images and when. A lot of GoogleEarth images are not Digital Globe images though
and I don't know how to get history on them. I can timeline the one of my place by what's in the driveway etc. This is in Google Earth, not Google
Maps but suspect both using same satellite data.

A request for San Bartolo was received... it has been added to the 'Along Hwy. 1' section... Unfortunately, there isn't high resolution images in
this part of Baja... so a real close zoom in isn't yet possible.

Okay Bernie, I knew Popotla but not the rest... Let's see how I can help!
Unfortunately, the resolutution is not good beginning just south of Rosarito.
Here is Popotla (not very sharp) from Fox Studios to the point where you can see way south to Cantamar... this is also added to the list 'Along Hwy.

easily see Arroyo Las Palmas which is the main 'river' into Rodriguez... Neji is east northeast of Valle las Palmas on Hwy. 3.

Palmas.

Could you find El Chorro near Agua Caliente for me? And by "Agua Caliente Hot Springs" would you be meaning Santa Rita Hotsprings near San Jorge,
or the Hotsprings at El Chorro.

This is what I meant is what I typed: "Agua Caliente Hot Spring (off Valle Chico)". Almost every hot spring in Mexico is called Agua Caliente, so it
is important to add some other reference point to the name.
Valle Chico is the valley southwest of San Felipe at the foot of the Sierra San Pedro Martir. The north end of Valle Chico is Diablo Dry Lake and the
south end is Arroyo Matomi.
El Chorro is just west of the town of Agua Caliente which is just southwest of Santiago in Baja California Sur.
Santa Rita and San Jorge are just west of Santiago....
I will do my best to add these sites to the list, stay tuned!

Hi Marie-Rose, just scroll up this page and see the post be BajaRescue... He linked the image to Todos Santos just fine... You can zoom in or out and
scroll around with your mouse from all the images.
By the way, Sunrise Cafe in Vista has new owners who are keeping things pretty much the same as when you where there.

San Jorge & Agua Caliente (near Santiago)
Okay Frizkie, in this image are both arroyos (San Jorge on the top and Agua Caliente on the bottom) where they exit the sierra. On the right, between
them, is Mesa Cerralvo.
This is an area without high resolution, so a zoom in to show much more detail isn't happening here. The town of Agua Caliente is near the lower,
left edge of the mesa.

I also added Santiago to the list, as it is easy to pinpoint even without high resolution because of the airstrip just west of town and the riverbed
