this is a very well laid out website but unless you have very high speed acc. and a super computer it will not work. with my dile up it just locks my computer.and it would take all day to down lode 13 minuets of video. cant you just put a few photos and some info. I am looking for a house in La Paz.

thanks Comitan but that is the part that jammed my computer.

also teksolve is there a reason you cant put the price on your website? it seems you could save a lot of email work if people knew if it was in there Price rang or not. I'm always a little Leary when some is not putting a price on what they are sealing. usually if it is a good deal it is there and if it is priced to high they don't put it on.

Buenos dias everybody!

I appreciate your posts....

Bruce..thanks for letting me know...about your page experience using a dial-up. I'll make some changes to accomodate dialups...sorry... and Comitan...thanks for pointing out the link with other pictures...

Actually...I did have a price posted in the past...and the funny thing was that people where trying to negotiate a price, not in person, but online..AND without physically seeing the house inside and out....at the end the virtual negotiations did not turn out serious...

Anyways..the house I am selling is located in a subdivision called Fraccionamiento Perla..about 2-3 blocks from the "Oficinas de Gobierno"....and the physical address is:

2048 Calle Chiapas Entre Allende y Rosales
Fraccionamiento Perla
La Paz, Baja California Sur 23060

In case you need to locate the house, I've put a city map here:

http://www.teksolve.net/docs/lapazcitymap.pdf

If this is what you are looking for...shoot me an email and we can talk pricing!

Ben

when I try to open the city map or photos it locks up INTERNET explorer. I don't have this problem with any other websites. something is in conflict with explorer on my computer. I would be interested if anyone else using explorer has the same problem or if it is just me.:?:

It opens just fine with Mozilla. I haven't used I.E in over a year so I can't help you with I.E probs. It is a PDF file so you might need your Adobe downloads up to date. I'm just guessing as I'm no computer wiz.

By the way Bruce Mozilla runs quite a bit faster than I.E. Since you have a dial up connection you might want to make the switch. No pop ups either ;D And it's free!!
