Study of LaPaz


Anyone sit through the LaPaz study by the university that is now proposing to do Loreto? Did the dollars spent, equal the overall benefits of the study? Did the study provide data that will make LaPaz a better city to live in or invest in? What is seen as the results of "this study"? Can it be put into effect? Will it cost the City of LaPaz large amounts of dollars to implement? How do you see this effectiing the present residents (gringos & Mexicans). Your insight is appreciated.

Best I can figure the Municipio of La Paz had nothing to do with this. UABCS, (University Autonomous of BCS) was a participant. Nothing unusual or ominous here.
