New Hotel in San Quintin

Last week we stayed at a new hotel in San Quintin across from the Chavez hotel. It's actually next to the hotel across from Chavez. No TV yet and the resturant won't open until July or August. I can't find their business card but it's owned by a family that owns another hotel in TJ. Richard, the son, has spent 5 years bringing this along. It's very nice with plenty of parking. The rates right now are $25 single $45 double. When they get everything done, TV, internet service and resturant he said the rates would go to $45 single and $65 double. They also have a water softner, so plenty of suds in the shower.
