7 sisters no good in August?

I've been down to the various 7 sisters with my 11 and 13 year old kids several times in the Winter. Surf was just right for them at that time. Is August not a good time at the 7 sisters, surf wise? Is the surf at Todos Santos much better in Summer? We are looking for waves not too large for the kids. Are there any other recommended Summer beaches farther North than Todos Santos? Along the Vizcaino Peninsula road? We prefer wilder beaches, no houses, less people would be nice.

Thanks for the help!

try around ERENDIRA....north to CABRAS and south to the coves may be fun......

ABREOJOS will have waves and warm water but a lot further away.....
