P-nche gringos

As I have mentioned before, a bunch of pochos, chicanos, white guys all bought the Mexicans homes who were our original neighbors. They are from the San Gabriel Valley. First thing they did was to put up a gate to keep the Mexicans from parking here.
Then it was a homeowners association to ensure they wouldn't lose their homes when the owners decide to develop:lol: which they are now doing.
These P-nches are constantly having meetings on the weekends they are here and they all play in the same bars up north. They complain and whine about everything from too much seaweed on the beach to neighbors who aren't there to defend themselves.

This morning there is a meeting about a local who is living on the beach in front of our house. They don't like to see him.
Nevermind the fact that the beach has never been cleaner, (including the seaweed they were complaining about) and there is now a guard on the beach for free at night.

Yep, I will definitely have a hard time finding a replacement for those two words when they are sooooooooo accurate!

still learning new words

Thanks for the primer JR. So when a new term or ism develops like our own slang can you alter a palabra to reflect that? I mean, can you like say "pincero" or "pincerito" and be correctly understood?

Yep, we have em here now too. They are wealthy retired pros like lawyers etc. They are from the big city. Plugging in ostentatious homes all along the river where just a few old homes existed. They look like lodges from Big Bear or Mammoth Mtn. They are pinceros to me.

I remember you talking about those guys a while back. The location there is beautiful--BUT I think it is cursed. It seems that a person can enjoy the place for a few hours, we certainly did when you allowed Antonio and a few of us to have a fantastic fiesta right in front of your home, or days but then the curse sets in and the result seems to be that nobody likes anything about anybody.
I don't know how you guys put up with them. But , hey, they are not all gringos.

To me they are

and we would have moved a long time ago because of them but, they aren't rich, they all have jobs, and they only come down on some weekends, usually together.
The majority of the time it's just us and the few remaining Mexicans!:light:
It even smells better then !
