Are they both the same place?....

top photo is El Rosario somewhere in the river/wash area....or the area south of Ensenada but before Santo Tomas where the road "climbs" high up in the mountains and traffic is always a slow mess...then look down to the bottom where the wash is....

(Anybody remember when the road used to go through the wash instead of "up" in the hills?)
