When most of the numbers hit

from some notes;

It's Mother's Day in San Bartolo and I am listening to the live music, drawings and fiesta from the Baja Bamboo Park.

Apparently, there are at least 5 out of 10 drawing winners. This is good, especially considering the numbers started in the 900's! I wonder where they all come from.

It is a kick listening and knowing there are so many winning Mother's out there. And they all sound so happy along with the cheering, laughter and applause vibrating throughout the neighborhood.

And here come the musicians. From u.s. country western songs in Spanish to Ranchera to Mexi Reggae, this band rocks! I think they go all out for the Mother's!

And then there's the dancing. Everyone starts but then there is applause. And more, and more. This means that a couple or 3 are "cutting the rug" or plaza as the case may be. And more than likely in high heels and cowboy boots.

But in spite of the pain and blisters they will be dealing with tomorrow, they dance like a well planned chubasco. Twisting and twirling and hoop skirts a flying. These folks know how to have fun.
