Great effort. Of course, given the volume of misspelled
ENGLISH words in so many letters, it is probably wasted.

COLONET (Colnet) is a tough one, it has been spelled various ways. Named for the nearby cape, which was named after a British sea captain, Colnett!

The current Mexican version for Colnett is Colonet.

Colonia Vicente Guerrero suffers the gringo spelling fate of both San Vicente and Guerrero Negro!

Los Frailes is another one (Los Frailles)

I bet there are still more Bob. Max in Yuma (gilaoro) also liked to point out ALGODONES was mis-spelled on a Mexican highway sign. Wish he would take a photo of that sign! Baja Spell Checker could use that as an avitar!

Last night my Spanish instructor said that plenty of emails she receives from her Mexican friends omit the silent "h" on words. Drives her loco.

Perhaps SAN FELIPE (San Filipi/Felipi) should be added?
