Howard Gulick's 1962 Baja Maps NOW online!

With great excitement, I am thrilled to be able to share a new web page created by a college professor (Doug Eernisse) that has high resolution PDF versions of the greatest hand drawn maps of Baja's pre pavement days, the golden years as Ray Cannon and Gene Kira calls them.

These maps appeared in the 'Lower California Guidebook' c1962. Drawn by Guidebook co-author Howard Gulick, a former City of Glendale engineer. The key map is clickable for the detailed map of that area, which is zoomable. Additional sites are in the link, as well.

Robert Clark of the Arthur Clark Company (the publisher) gave permission to Doug Eernisse and to me, to put them on the Internet for all you Baja nuts to enjoy. The link is on my front page, of my web site, just below 'Links to Baja Message Boards'. Look for '1962 Baja Maps by Howard Gulick':bounce: Click on the link at the bottom of my posts...
