People...Locals can influence the development of Conception Bay but they will never stop it.

It is just to great a spot not to develop, it is just a matter of time. Hopfully not in my lifetime.

I agree, the local people and tourists can have some say on the development but not stop it. Such a shame, but it's the reality of the situation, money talks.

Hopefully, some community support for smaller developments and environmental concerns will help. Also, I forgot to mention the master plan I saw on the table in the conference was over 5 years.....
