Santa Rosalia Bakery

I've been to the famous bakery El Bolero in Santa Rosalia. I heard that they had a guy who worked for them who left and opened a bakery somewhere else in Santa Rosalia. Any hints on how to find it? Anyone Know the name of it?

Minnow, Thanks for the hot tip. Last trip thru the area we tried to relive the old days but were duly disappointed at the results at El Bolero. We can't wait to find 'El Bachicha'. wee just have to time our arrival at 7 or 3 :tumble:
