La Barca Tales Part V

After the meeting, camera dude has another meeting. To organize those that would be organized. They formed a "real" HOA, decided they would each pay $350.00us to a Mexican attorney and protect their contracts and rights.

New HOA attorney first informs them that HOA's mean nothing but, they can call it a social club, stick together, and he will try to help them out.:o  He's an attorney!

So, back goes the gate to keep the Mexicans out, confrontations continue including bricks being thrown, and life goes on. Nothing has been decided by the family yet but they are watching.:light:

Camera dude and his meddling puta are not content unless stirring up trouble so they start accusing those that didn't join their "group" of all being drug dealers. It happened to 3 of our neighbors, who are not drug dealers, until the police started to get tired of responding to their nonsense and basically warned them to knock it off before someone gets mad.

Then, the puta was trying to break up a dog fight (neither dog was hers) and she hit her own knee with a baseball bat. They took it to court down here trying to sue one of the dogs owners, and the judge laughed them oughtta there.
So, they are now trying to sue for $375,000.00us through their homeowners insurance in the states.

The person they are trying to sue is a good friend of ours and the family here. He's a pretty nice guy and has had a place here longer than us.

The new administrator heard about all this latest gringo crap, had had enough, and refused to accept their rent. And in fact told them, "I don't want your money, I want you out of here".

So, back to their Mexican attorney they all go and he says that he will set up an account for them to put their rent into.:lol::lol:

In the mean time, the P-nche gringos are assured by the attorney they don't have to move. And legally they don't, at least until the property is divided and all the family is happy.

The property is now divided, there was definitely some poetic justice involved, and things are changing. There are court battles still so nothing drastic yet though.

Camera dude continues to harass the administration, stir up crap, and just be a pain in the arse in general. So, the administration is changing the land above here and was dumping loads of dirt around for some future leveling. There is still access although a little inconvenient to drive in. Guess who makes a big deal out of it and tries another lawsuit because of inconvenience? chit for brains, that's who!

And he gets the group to whine about it as well so now, the family is mad again. What's with these P-nche gringos that just don't know when to shut up or mind their own business??

To be continued.
