Why I say touchy, is I think he meant it as more of a joke, and right now you are seriouse because you know them and want to help them. By the way I think it is a good deal for someone that wants to live in a good fishing area.

If it matters, I agree with comtian, I took DK's comment to be simple humour. I would like to know more about this, as we are planning to spend our "retirement years"(if we live that long) in Baja. Can you tell us what the weather temps are like during the year at this location?
