Costa Bravo...

Info I have is he is getting the permit for the marina in Feb-Mar, and then they are putting the project out to bid to 2-3 contrators that have experiance. Including the same contractor who just finished the the new marina in La Paz.
Salvot has secured "some" capital to proceed with the project, through selling the lotes around the area. There is also another group of investers looking into the project as well.
The plans are also moving forward with a new golf course, that would run up to the hwy. He has also been selling lotes up aound this area as well.

Seriously Chris!
Salvut offered me a 10% deal nealy 20 years ago to promote all of the North Area including the Motel up on the Highway. He indicated he had a Deal to put a comfort Inn at the Entrance to the Golf Course.

Hey: What happened to the Black Water Lake up that Way??

According to a Loreto Bay source, they already bought the Camino Real Hotel. Just walked the project and it seems that they're finally picking up steam. Few folks have actually moved in and seem to be aware that for a long time to come they'll be in the middle of a construction zone, with our winter northerlies stirring up the talcumpowder like dust.
