Here are online Authorization Forms For Single Parents

I just selected, copied, and pasted the form onto Word and then increased the font to 12.

auth. forms no longer needed

emailed the Mexican counsulate and called their office in San Diego to varify that it is no longer necessary to travel with an auth. form for minor children into Mexico. This requirement was deleted December 2004. Hopefully word has spread to ALL immigration offices in the country so some will avoid a very interesting afternoon!Thougt this may be of interest.jg
