temp in Baja

The better approach is to declare a temperature desired, then ask where it can be found.
I would guess that on any given day, almost any temp. found in North America could be found in Baja, someplace.
Also a better question, what is the humidity factor????
95 in San Felipe can feel like New Orleans, whereas 95 in Laguna Chapala can be quite pleasant.
And you can probably find snow on old Picacho del Diablo, at least in the Winter.
