A few concerts in Baja Sur...?

Hola fellow Nomads.

Some of you know I work (sometimes conducting, sometimes playing cello) with composer and pianist Brian Crain ( www.briancrain.com )

Some of you in Cabo, Loreto, Mulege, etc., have a few of BC's CD's...

With my new digs in Loreto, I suggested to Brian that maybe next winter we do a couple of concerts in Baja Sur....

If I can raise a few bucks to fly Brian down.... we'd be happy to do a couple of house concerts next winter during the Christmas, New Years, holiday.... or maybe Spring Break time.

(We'll be doing a tour in S. Korea late March, early April this year.)

Not really sure about producing a regular concert in Mexico... but if you've some ideas, I'd love to hear them!

Barret and mom, Loreto Connie (and the McCaws morning card gang), Judy, and a few other friends asked me to think about it, so I'm putting it out there...

Mucho Gusto!

Yes that is a wonderul CD. Thanks again
The house, where our after booksigning dinner will be, would be perfect and the owner is a music freak. Let me run it by her. I will play the CD for her...that should convince her. That is, of course, if you will venture this far south.

Si, como no?

Hi Judy, and thanks!

Brian and I did a little rehearsing last night, and he too said, sure why not!

His daughters have birthdays Dec. 27 and 28, so we'd likely shoot for the week before Christmas, or during and right after New Years....

BTW, Please U2U me your address again.... I'll send you the new Spring Symphonies CD that I've been conducting lately :-). Nice stuff.
