Cowpatty's is closed?

I read about this somewhere on this board today. Is this true? And, is it permanent?

There was a new Cowpatty's under construction near Okie's Landing (south of El Huerfanito) when we drove north from Gonzaga last July following the El Rosario Festival, and the old one north of Puertecitos was closed.

I wonder which one Roberto saw open?
