Vista women found dead in Puerticitos

San Diego Tribune reported this AM (3/28) that a missing Vista, Ca. women was found dead (murdered) in Puerticitos. She was found about 100 yards from her van and it looked liked a struggle occured. No cash or valuables were taken.

Why of all places Puerticitos? This is a first for me and I've been coming to SF and south since 1960.

Comments from those of you who live in Puerticitos?

Excrement Occurs

And it can happen ANYWHERE people travel, although you would think it cannot happen in the Paradise of Baja Mexico if you listened to the starry-eyed Pollyanna's here and elsewhere.

Not in Puertecitos !!!!

Apparently she was found 3 to 4 miles north of Puertecitos !!
As far as the town , no one saw her nor does anyone here know her .

It can and does happen anywhere and she may have been killed else where and brought to that site ???

That would put the van up around Speedy's or Playa Curbina. The issue is, one hardly sees people thumbing along the highway, specially that far south. So where did the person(s) go?

Dave, thanks for spelling reminder!
