We will Return-Dec 06

OMG:yes: What a web-site!! We check all your posts daily and are on pins and needles getting ready for the first trip back down the Baja since 97.

We have gotten so much up to date info. Hope you all will provide much more. We are planning on leaving Colo Dec 16 and heading to God's country, Bahia Concepcion. Don't plan to return till Feb 07.

Pulling a 32' Jayco Eagle with a 06 F 250 Powerstroke. Traveling with a couple friends driving a 30' motor home.

We are hoping Santipec or Requeson will have room for us.

Can anyone tell us if we can still get enough fresh water at Satispec for showers or do we need a bladder and go into Mulege?

Also we see several posts that the clams are gone? Used to just snorkle out 50 yards at Santispec and get as many as we wanted?

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

No clams ? News to me; this winter we ate them every 3 or 4 days with scallops, shrimp and fresh fish in between.
It WAS more crowded than years past but still room for all especially if you get there before Christmas.
You'll have a blast and we'll see you in early January if you're at El Requeson !

Finally figured out how to respond on here. I may know how to frame houses but I am totally computer challenged.:barf:

Hola to you, Bruce.

Diver, thanks for the tip and my mouth is watering. Colorado doesn't get any fresh seafood. Looking forward to meeting you next Jan. Will have a cold one waiting.

Can we get fresh water for showers etc at Santispec?

This a trail run. We plan on retiring in a couple years and will spend Oct-May in Concepcion/PV areas then up the west coast for the summers. That is unless the wife can handel the summers in Baja.

242 beers left til Baja.

I know you can get fresh hot water showers at Ana's, is that what you mean? Other wise we have to haul our water in for our personal use

Thanks again for the info.

We will deffinently check out Naranjos. How's the wind there?

We'll bring the bladder to haul water if needed for showers.

Haven't driven the Baja since late 97. Got another couple to pull some vaca time and are going to follow us in their Jeep from Colo.

236 beers till Baja
