There is a Pemex station in VT right off hwy3 as you reach town from the west and I think there is another further in town. Nothing else that I know of before San Felipe.

In town an 'official' Pemex and one industrious seller and one group of street side sellers. All in town. Nothing (that I am aware of) once you leave and head towards SF.

I have seen gas offered in San Matias, also in Ejido de los Heroes de la Independencia and Ojos Negros jcn.

The Pemex station at the paved Valle Trinidad jcn. looks nice.
