Border Wait

Today we waited at the otay border for over two hours at 2 P.M. I was wondering if anyone came across tecate today and what the wait was. With the race I figured that it would be bad either way.

A friend crossed Sunday at Tecate at 7:00 AM - waited less than a minute. I crossed at Mexicali East at 1:00 and waited about 15 minutes.
