Cabo rental $300/month studio ocean view

Private studio detached from the main home. Long term preferred but short term is also available. A month, week or a weekend please inquire and we can make a deal. No lease is necessary, everything is month to month. Pets are negotiable too.

Utilities are not included in the price and we all chip in for power & gas.

The house is located close to downtown and everything here in Cabo. Real quiet and convenient area with great views. Wireless internet and a US phone available to use.

Pool, Jacuzzi and a view of the arch.

What is real important is that whoever lives here is able to get along well with others and not be too loud or disruptive to the group. We live close together and have a nice group and even though we are younger (30's) we have fun but try not to keep it calm.

Mexico Number, Call 624-156-4645
US Number, Call 702-987-3301

Sorry about that, it is per month. The unit is a studio and that does not include utilities. We also wireless internet and a US phone here that you can use.

No John I try not to do that. when I go to cobo I usually pay 300 a night and up so I thought that was a more reasonable number than 300 a month. that is an unheard of rate for there and I bet that place doesn't stay empty another day.

I am guilty of making an assumption witch is bad and I apologize for that but I did get the fact clarified and you have edited your original post so you will rent it easier now.
