Baja Portable Technology

I was juanderin' what others on this board have come up with or seen in regards to "Baja Technology". Any comments, photos, etc. on how you have married some of the new technology with the old?
I only mention this cause last week we were in San Fancisquito and the guys next to us put this dish up in a matter of minutes on the cabana with a portable generator that they flew in with. Nothing wrong with it; just looked odd in a weird sort of way...

Baja ipod Nano

Yep, an old pair of portable speakers from the 80's, married with a 4gb ipod, duct tape and velcro. While not pretty, sure does work great! You can listen to songs all about Mexico and Baja for days with this baby!

techno...somtimes I feel it is kind of a nuisance but the wifey really gets into this stuff like her toshba laptop with a dvd player and a wireless connection that picks up a great signal down at our baja place so we can waste away hours on baja nomad:lol::lol::lol:but the little mp3 player she got that holds like 6000 songs is pretty groovy...endless baja tunes, kinda similar to juans setup....we plug it into some little speakers and recharge it off of our battery charger...gotta have tunes :yes:
