Cooked up some burgers on the mesquite grill for our friends. Made the burgers to the recipe in the new issue of Cooks Illustrated. To the ground beef you add a mixture of milk and white bread (make a paste) with a little garlic and A1 sauce. This "panade" keeps the burgers super moist. Our guests claimed they were the best burgers ever. That might be a bit over the top but they were darn tasty!
