The last I heard around town, he was heading to New Orleans to build boats for homes for the Katrina displaced people.

While I am no fan of Pappa Neutrino, he sailed a POS raft across the Atlantic. 'Some' NO residents couldn't even make it out of the 'hood'. In going to New Orleans, I would suspect he would be welcomed with open arms. ;D

Junk Man

The last I heard from a Puertecitos resident was that Neutrino man was gone and the "Float" was still there being disassembled for scrap. His "fund" raising efforts appeared to go bust so he's probably gone somewhere else to start another scam. Great work if you can do it.

People have crossed the Atlantic in five-foot sailboats and rowboats.
