I'm not sure of your experience, but mine is that reward is directly proportional to risk. Fortunately in our case our casa is not in the Federal zone but that would not be a deterent. All of us that live in Baja take risks to differing degrees and I believe that is one of the common threads thats makes most of us so close. It's obviously not for everyone, which is cool, otherwise we would have to add another 0 at the end of the property values.
