Todos Santos Vida

Greetings! I've learned some good info here so am back for more, thanks by the way ;D

We will be in Todos Santos for a long weekend end of Sept. Looking for a home/land/property, not really sure yet. I know a bit about owning in Mexico and will deal with that aspect when and if the time comes so my main curiosity now is about Todos Santos. If there is anyone that has lived or lives there or knows anything about living/retiring/visiting, etc. I would love to soak it up.

I thank you in advance, if this is posted in the wrong place, sorry, I am not that good with board etiquette stuff, just redirect me and I'm good. Thanks again,
Monica

Would love to help out if I can!! Do you have specific questions? There are others on the board that are more knowledgeable than I(for sure) !!

U2U me if you want and you can "ask away" and I can try to
answer any questions. We are in the process of building in Todos Santos. My next visit is in Oct and our next extended stay in Feb.

maybe!

Hi Monica-

I am certain that you will find some great advice on this board. I'm always amazed with the wealth of knowledge. While I'm not an expert on Todos Santos, I do have a number of connections to Ellias Calles just south of TS. My good friends, Mark and Lidia Rockwell, live there. Mark is in real estate and Lidia is the Delegada for the area. They have plenty of knowledge regarding land ownership, the area, etc. Feel free to email Mark at costapacifico@hotmail.com. We know a number of people in the area. In addition, my wife and I got married in that area as well. It's a very special place.

Good luck.

Zac

Happy to help - what specifically do you want to hear about? We've been in Baja for winters for 9 years and have a house in a true Mexican part of TS
