Worked in construction quite a few years, I always made sure they got paid, material ordered, progress reports, submittals etc, hard back breaking
work.

Worked in Residential and Commercial Construction as a Carpenter from age 20 until 34 years young. Started with San Diego City Schools 11 years ago as
a Carpenter. Also, have my own Fence company. Currently building a new home atop my garage (1400 sq. ft.). Built 480 sq. ft. deck this past weekend,
all 6x post and beams. Floor for house installed during the Holidays, brick walls to follow, then roof by spring, windows/doors by June.
Busy!
Haven't had a bad trip yet....
