Puerto San Carlos, Mag Bay

Who has info on lots here. Where is the best/most likely area to look. This would be a camping spot and maybe future house....investment.
Thanks for anything you can offer.

There is a road going northwest to the beach from La Poza.
The google image shows lots of either boats or RVs near the beach.
Anyone know what this spot is like ?
Camping, fishing, surfing ??

Where do most of you Mag Bay fishermen put your boats in ??

Diver...Looks like boats, because of the way they are parked(kinda crocked) Look just south. there is a good looking non surf launch maybe. Boats means there must be fish???

Bruce go north to La Poza Grande about 50 miles north of Ciudad Constitucion. On google earth you will see a dirt road heading north west to the beach. There you are. looks a lot like pangas for coop fishing.

The spot we were looking at is north of the fish camp quite a ways.
If you back out on that shot so you can see La Poza, you will see a road going nw to the water. The spot is at the water edge.

The land is growing in value as I am decreasing in value.....

We better have a beer in Mulege and comiserate !

But then, there are still worlds yet to be discovered.
Or at least still affordable. I hope.
12 years remaing to retirement for me.

I will hold your spot in Baja for 12 years, but the Hood river has some good fishing too I think. Maybe some summer I will see you there. I have a good friend in Portland I need to see too.
