that's where our flying sams clinic is.
we have a local gringa who is the coordinator.

she knows everyone and everything going on there.
with the recent hurricane leaving 90% of the place in shambles you could get a deal on some property.
not as a carpet bagger , i mean some with prop intending to sell need the $$ so it's a good market for a buyer who's sincere about joining the community.

that piece she sent us back is a steal in my opinion. that town is small but has everything you need.
i know at least one other guy looking at it today.
you might want to swoop down there some time soon.
they actually have warm days in winter and less wind. summer it is like all the pacific side - spectacular.
