Need help,hostel wants to relocate!

Hi, this is Stefan from Alamo Hostel in Rosarito Beach.
I used to own a hostel in Rosarito, had problems with my new landlord and sold to a "friend".
He was supposed to pay me 30000 USD dollars in 25 monthly payments. That was 5 months ago,he stopped paying me after the first two payments.....
I still own the web site and have all contacts to run the business anywhere I want to.
My guests came from all over the world, although they weren´t overly impressed by Rosarito, they stayed there, some of them for months.
If you have a 4-6 bedroom house for rent near public transportation, please get back with me asap.
Please email to sd705@yahoo.com
Or if you want to ,please give me some feedback what to do.
Thanks,Stefan.

For starters, I wouldn't advertise the "for months" part.

To Larry,
the new owner quit paying me but I still own the web site.
Why should I promote "his business" when he ripped me off 28000 Dollars. GET IT ? Plus, I am not making it up, they have a bedbug problem and the pool is empty.
I am in a different country now, so I have to do erverything online.
