Bahia Concepcion Tri Accident

Anyone have info on a trimaran that went aground near Bahia C during "Paul"?

We were at our house south of San Felipe last weekend and the neighbor told us of a wrecked boat 1 mile north of Campo Cristina (km54). He told us it says MARY V on it, the flares have all been shot off, the radio is messed up, it was a funky set-up with pontoons or something like that which would make it similar to a trimaran. We didn't go check it out so this info is second-hand. I realize this isn't remotely close to Concepcion but it's news on a wrecked boat, nonetheless...MIGHT be of interest to somebody.

I don't know about any trimarans in trouble in Conception Bay, but Elena's post about "a funky set-up with pontoons or something like that "...this sounds a little familiar. Didn't someone up that way build a raft-like thing and set sail?
