Don't think so but the cans of Black Flag for wasps that shoot a stream about 20ft are.

No wasp spray is allowed and available for all the bugs that one encounters.

Totaly legal, there is no law that prohibits it, peper spray (sparay de chile en aceite ) sold in stores in México, no permit required. If you use it to asault someone or commmit a crime, then your in big trouble, All of my hotel employees were armed with it. Found a company with a web site http://www.miniguard.com.mx/
saludos

take the top from the wasp spray aerosol can or one of those engine cleaner cans that shoot nice, straight and far and put it on top of a can oven cleaner.....now there is some nasty caustic stuff to get on your hands, face and eyes. You may have to experiment with several different tops......long story, don't ask

With 90% Catholic, it must be working - not many WASPs around.

Good point, Lou!

Being that effective, I imagine the stores are having a hard time keeping it stocked.

Only one caution about having pepper spray. SHAKE THE CAN EVERY WEEK.

at least once a week. if you dont, you may spray, and get nothing as the pepper drifts to the bottom of the propellant, and will clog the tube.
