Tecolote development (buy in now!)

For those who need yet another development to invest in, here's a site on what's happening at Tecolote near La Paz. Also the Magote is going strong now too.

Will this affect camping at Tecolote? The one photo shows the development up on the hills behind the beach.

It does not affect beach camping, its farther east and up the hill.

There are already existing homes there? Anyone with any further info and experience on this project? Are the folks behind this reputable? Thanks!

msrla

There is at least one home, That area if I had a house I would never leave worried there would be nothing when I got back. If you were to buy now then build later when there is more homes and security that would be good investment.

Thanks Comitan -- I clicked on the link for their site and was scratching my head -- I don't remember seeing this development or homes up there last year! :?: It would be a beautiful spot and more attractive than the Paraiso development.... and you're advice is right on! ;D
