search engines can be munipulated a little to get page ranking...

but it takes a real effort to get listed in the first ten sites when you do a search

Bruce:

Have you checked with the Notario for paperwork status? Just a thought. That ought to tell you if any progress is being made....or not. :(:(

the Notario has no paperwork because there is no Realtor to give it to them that is why I am so sad. they were supposed to close this contract and they are no Ware to be found. they left here right after we signed the contract about 6 months ago and I have not herd a word from them sense.:(

Someone knows where they are

Go down and talk to Scottys' mom. She sure seems to know whats what down there. Maybe you could extract a an address or ph.# from them.
Unless they planned to skip town for unknown reasons. Find the owner of that office they have on the hiway. That person may possibly have info on them. Maybe they could confirm their presence or lack thereof or otherwise point you in the right direction in locating them.

Bruce, I'd assume that both the buyer & the seller have a copy of the signed sales contract. Is there another realtor (reputable) in the area that you could talk with to get advice? It seems like once the sales agreement is signed, you could proceed directly with the Notario. Yes, I do realize that you'd need to get current copies of the taxes paid/no lien & other paperwork, but I think you should be able to proceed with yourself or someone else in the drivers seat. Have you thought about giving Miguel Izquierdo a call for some advice? I'd forget the missing realtor (unless their holding the earnest $$!!) & start over to get the deal closed in as timely a manner as possible. I'm not sure if your the buyer or the seller, but is the other half of this deal aware of what's happening...i.e., do you still have a deal if you can get someone competent to take it on & get it through the Notario process?
