Camping at Agua Caliente on Hwy 3

Can anyone tell me about the campsite at Agua Caliente on Hwy 3 outside of Ensanada? How steep is the road into the camp? Will my F250 and Lance camper have any problems? Are there natural water springs for us to soak our toes?

The 3/4 mile or so turnoff from the main road into the area is narrow, and a few deeply eroded sections. Roll over them slowly and you can make it. The pool, I'm told, is filled every day with fresh, hot mineral water. It is HOT!! The campground is very nice with huge old oaks. $12/da I think.
