pacside - Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I know I enjoyed it.
Sounds like your little piece of land came to you just in time... spared being fenced in. I suspect you and your family are going to be real happy there.

I'd be happy to help you with posting pictures. Send me a u2u.

pacside,

TS is a special place for me. Fortunately I stumbled upon it about 15 years ago when looking for surf and returned many times to stay in the San Pedrito trailer park, a few times for months at a time. Haven't been there in a few years tho. I have some questions.

Do you know Ballena (as in Pacifico beer) Bob? And if so, how's he doing?
Have they really sold the trailer park to build private homes?
Have the ejido members at Cerritos gotten their deeds? Is the privatization complete?
Will I be able to wacth the super bowl at Shut-up Franks, like I'm planning, this year?

Thanks in advance.

Pacside,
Just curious as my wife and I would very much like to retire in TS.
How long have you owned your piece of land?
Did you go through a local agent and if so who?
Is it in a trust?
Thanks
