Downtime possible

The datacenter hosting the machine that handles "name service" (Internet lingo) for the forums site here is having a routing problem, and it's quite likely this site will go down like a domino anytime soon.

I expect the overall problem to be handled in 30min-3hrs, but this is just a wild-burro'd guess.

If the site goes down, it will return, I assure you.

I was afraid to follow that link for what I might find.... but not bad.

Main server seems to be okay now, so this should be a non-issue at this point.

So please that this has become a non-isssue. The sweats and shakes were already setting in just thinking about not being able to score my daily hit here on your board.

Now I can take a huge breath and worry that this will never interrupt that which is so necessary to my 'normal' functioning.

Whew!

THIS WAS IN RESPONSE TO HIS NOTE ON POSSIBLE SERVICE INTERRUPTION ON THIS BOARD.
