NEW BAJA PHOTO 'Coffee Table' BOOK

Just received a copy of 'Oasis of Stone' (Visions of Baja California Sur) from Sunbelt Pulications http://www.sunbeltbooks.com

Photography by Miguel Angel de la Cueva and text by Bruce Berger.

This beautiful, coffee table quality book of fascinating photos will be the center of focus in your home (or palapa)!

The subject matter is organized into 4 sections:

Rock that Flows (the land, coastline)

A Stroll through Thorns (vegetation)

Creatures of Miraga (animals)

The Newcomer (people)

Here is a scan of the most of the cover (bigger than my scanner).... Reduced to fit Nomad restrictions...

If you are in La Mesa... Sunbelt is in El Cajon and they have a regular bookstore in their front office and a warehouse full of books on Baja, the desert, the Southwest, etc.
