another bola report

Three days now of nice weather. Yellowtail are still no where to be found. Water temp today was 58 and 59. No mackeral for bait. Boats have fished from guadalupe to pescador. I was out side of smith this morning lots of bird action on the balls of small baits but no fish under them. Ended up trolling close to shore along smith looking at the osprey on the cliffs above the water and being checked out by the pelicans hanging out on the rocks. Sunny and flat calm until 10:30 when the north wind chased me to camp. Cooked up some fresh bass fillettes for lunch, ahhh what a life. fishin rich
